The rental fee reserves the space for four (4) hours.
Stillwater Public Library Hours: Monday - Thursday:
10 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Friday and Saturday:
10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Sunday: CLOSED
Reservations: The library will take reservations for events up to (18) months in advance.
Rental Fee Due: Half of the rental fee is due at the time of reservation.
Security Deposit: A security deposit may be required in addition to the rental fee for these uses.
Set-Up Charge: There will be an additional charge of $50 for any event that requires set-up or take down in the Margaret Rivers Room.
Equipment: Only library chairs and tables may be used on the terrace. Charges are $2.80/chair and $9/table. This includes set up an take town. There is a charge of $100 for a tent brought in from a rental company.
Exclusive Use: For exclusive use of the terrace when the library is open, there is an additional charge of $100 per hour.
Alcohol Use Fee: Events serving alcohol will be assessed an additional charge of $150.
Revenue generated by library use fees is used to cover the costs of providing the facility and to support the library.
